Our Members Love Sourcing: January & February Edition

At Handbag Social Club, we pride ourselves on the ability to source anything from rare and unique pieces to everyday favorites that aren’t currently on our website. If you request it, we will do our best to find it. With Handbag Social Club, your desires are our top priority, and we go above and beyond to turn your vision into reality. Here are a few pieces our clients requested, and we sourced this January & February.

1). Christian Dior Small Ultramatte Lady Dior Bag

This client was looking for a Christian Dior Small Lady Dior Bag in black. We sent her over a few different ideas, and she ended up going with the Ultramatte option. This sleek and stylish bag is crafted from black Ultramatte calfskin with Cannage stitching. The black tonal metal D.I.O.R. charms make the bag the epitome of cool and matches with everything. It also comes with a removable cross-body strap, so you can wear it on the shoulder or carry it by the top-handles.

2). Hermès Kelly Box 28

Our client was looking for a vintage Hermès Kelly in box leather. She was looking for a size 28 and wanted it in either black or Bordeaux hue. She told us she had been looking for a while but was unable to find the perfect bag. We were able to find her exactly what she was looking for, which seriously made our day. She ended up with the most gorgeous Vintage Kelly Box 28 in black with gold hardware. When it arrived for inspection, we were blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of the bag. It was hard to believe that it was from 1986! It came with a shoulder strap, lock, keys and clochette.

3). Hermès Cadenas (charms)

This client was looking to start her Hermès Cadena collection. Her only preference was gold hardware. Hermès used to come out with a new Cadena every year. They were used as bag decor or in place of the traditional lock. Sadly, Hermès no longer makes their Cadenas, making them ultra-collectable. We were able to find the cutest pelican, Pegasus and heart with key. We can’t wait to find her more!

4). Hermès Faune et Flore Du Texas Scarf 90

Our wonderful client was looking for a Hermès scarf by the artist Kermit Oliver. Kermit Oliver was the only American designer to design for Hermès. His work reflects his Texan roots and features mythology, religion, and history. The day our client made the request for a Kermit Oliver scarf, we happened to pick up one from a long-time consignor earlier that morning. If that isn’t fate, I don’t know what is! This Faune et Flore Du Texas Scarf (size 90), showcases the different types of wildlife in Texas. The details of the scarf are so exquisite, each little corner and section of the scarf is like its own mini masterpiece.  Looking for more information about Kermit Oliver, watch this Reel.

5). Fendi Embroidered & Beaded Baguette

Our repeat client was looking to add to her Fendi collection. We previously sourced her a classic Mama Baguette, this time around she wanted something a little more fun. Fun is what we delivered with this embroidered and beaded Baguette. The second we saw it we knew it was the perfect bag for her because it featured her favorite colors: pink and green. The design is so whimsical and we can’t wait to see her style it.

6). Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Graceful PM

Our new client was looking for a Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Graceful PM for his wife’s birthday and we were happy to oblige. Nothing makes us happier than finding the perfect present. We also sourced a box and dust bag and wrapped it like it came directly from the boutique. It is all about the little details for us at HSC. If we can do something to make your purchase more special, we most certainly will.
